Managing Archived Orders #
The Archived Orders page allows you to view, manage, and access data from orders that have been archived using the Flexi Archiver plugin. This helps keep your WooCommerce Orders page clean while still retaining complete order information.
Access the Archived Orders Page #
Go to WooCommerce → Flexi Archiver → Archived Orders from your WordPress dashboard.
Archived Orders #
The Archived Orders tab in the Flexi Archiver plugin interface is designed to help you manage orders that are no longer active but still need to be stored for reference. You can access this tab from your WordPress dashboard by navigating to: Flexi Archiver > Orders.

The Archived Orders table helps you view, restore, delete, or manage orders that have been archived from your WooCommerce store using the Flexi Archiver plugin.
Columns:
- Order: Order ID and customer name
- Date: Order placement date
- Status: WooCommerce order status
- Total: Order amount
- Actions: Quick management buttons
- Restore: Return orders to the active list
- Delete: Permanently remove the order.
- View: See full order details

Flexi Archiver ensures that important order data is preserved even after orders are archived.
When an order is archived, the following information is retained:
- Order attachments uploaded by customers using the Product Input Fields plugin or added by the store.

- Downloadable product files associated with the order

- Customer notes entered during checkout or added later

This allows store owners to retain customer notes, attachments, and downloadable files for archived orders, ensuring complete and accurate order records in WooCommerce.
Displaying Custom Order Numbers in Archived Orders #
Flexi Archiver is compatible with popular custom order number plugins and ensures that custom order numbers are retained and displayed correctly after archiving.
When these plugins are active, Flexi Archiver will display the custom order number instead of the default WooCommerce order ID in the following places:
- Archived Orders table
- Archived Order view page
- Archiving confirmation notices
- Log page entries
If your store uses order numbers like #US-3014-COD, the same custom order number will be shown for archived orders instead of the default WooCommerce order ID.

Supported plugins include:
- Custom Order Number Pro
- WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro
