The Flexi Archiver for WooCommerce Plugin is largely a representation of your Flexi Archiver SaaS Cloud Account Dashboard, with the exception of the ability to link your WordPress website available in the plugin.
To manage your archived data and plugin settings centrally, log in to your SaaS Cloud Account Dashboard at https://app.flexiarchiver.com.
Once logged in, you’ll find the following information originally configured in the Flexi Archiver plugin is automatically displayed in the cloud dashboard:
Cloud Dashboard #
- Dashboard – View a summary of archived orders and connected stores.
- Store Settings – Manage settings synced from your connected WordPress sites.
- Orders – View archived WooCommerce orders.
- Subscriptions – Review archived subscription-related details.
- Logs – Monitor recent archiving and sync activities.
- Billing – Manage plans, invoices, and billing settings.
- My Account – Update account-related information.
Store Settings #
The Store Settings configured in your Flexi Archiver plugin settings page are automatically synced and displayed in your SaaS Cloud Dashboard. Also, using the Site Selector Dropdown, you can switch between connected websites to manage and review individual store data.
Orders #
Displays the list of archived WooCommerce orders from the connected store(s).
Subscriptions #
Archived WooCommerce subscription data and related orders are synced and displayed in the Flexi Archiver SaaS app, reflecting the same information available in the WordPress plugin.
Log #
Access detailed logs synced from the WordPress Flexi Archiver log page of the plugin.
Billing #
The Billing section in the Flexi Archiver SaaS app allows you to view your current plan, access past invoices, and manage billing-related settings such as payment methods and email notifications.
My Profile #
The profile menu allows you to update your personal information and password to keep your account secure.
Logout #
Clicking Logout will securely sign you out of your SaaS dashboard and redirect you to the login screen.
