Flexi Archiver is compatible with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin and allows you to archive expired subscriptions while preserving all related subscription data (customer notes, attachments, and history). Renewal orders are only archived if they fall within the schedule set on your settings page. This helps keep your store database optimized while preserving complete subscription history for reference or restoration.
Enable Subscription Archiving #
Go to WooCommerce → Flexi Archiver → Settings.
Enable the Archive WooCommerce Subscriptions option to allow Flexi Archiver to archive subscription orders.
When this option is enabled, Flexi Archiver will include subscription data during the archiving process.

Note: Flexi Archiver archives only Expired subscriptions.
What Gets Archived #
When an expired subscription is archived, Flexi Archiver stores:
- When an expired subscription is archived, Flexi Archiver retains:
- The subscription record
- Related renewal orders linked to the subscription
- Subscription details including:
- Start date
- Trial end date
- Next payment date
- Last order date
- End date
- Subscription items and total amount.
Once subscription archiving is enabled, a Subscriptions tab is added to the Flexi Archiver menu. Archived subscriptions are displayed in a dedicated table. You can view, restore, or delete archived subscriptions directly from this page.

Archived Subscriptions on the My Account Page #
For customers, archived subscription data is also available in their account page:
A new Archived Subscriptions section is added to My Account → Subscriptions. Customers can view archived subscription details without affecting active subscriptions.

Restoring Archived Subscriptions #
You can restore archived subscriptions at any time.
When a subscription is restored:
- The subscription order is returned to WooCommerce.
- All related subscription data and linked orders are restored.
- The subscription becomes available again in the WooCommerce Subscriptions list.
This allows you to recover subscription data whenever required.

Use the Search bar to find archived subscriptions by subscription ID, customer email, customer name, or subscribed products.

Click the Filters button to apply advanced filtering by start date, month, or subscription status.

Click Export to download archived subscription data in CSV, Excel, JSON, or SQL formats.

Just after the Export button, you’ll find a column icon. You can check or uncheck the column names in the list to control which columns appear in the table.
