The Account tab lets you view, activate, or delete your cloud account connection with the Flexi Archiver plugin.
View Connected Account(s) #
- If you’ve already linked your email to the Flexi Archiver plugin, you’ll see your account listed here in the Account tab of the Flexi Archiver plugin interface.

Link New Account #
- You can connect a new cloud account to the Flexi Archiver plugin by clicking the “Link New Account” button. This will open a prompt where you can enter your email and follow the instructions to establish a new connection with the cloud dashboard.

Check Account Status #
- You can see whether the account is Activated or Deactivated under Connection Status.
- Activated → Your WooCommerce store is successfully linked to the cloud.
- Deactivated → Your store is not currently connected.

Last Connection Date #
- This shows the last time your store was connected to the cloud App.

Activate the Cloud Account #
- If your account is showing as deactivated, click the Activate Account button to reconnect it.

Delete the Account #
- Click Delete Account if you want to unlink this account from your store.
Note: Deleting the account will remove the connection with the cloud dashboard and stop all syncing and archiving until a new account is linked.
